Eligibility criteria
Capiom is a curated marketplace. We accept pod managers who meet the following baseline requirements — all verified cryptographically.
Auditable track record
Minimum 12 months of live performance on a verifiable exchange (Coinbase Prime, Deribit, Binance, Kraken, OKX, Bybit, or equivalent). Simulated or backtested results do not qualify.
Institutional-grade risk metrics
Sharpe ratio ≥ 1.0, max drawdown ≤ 30%, and documented risk controls. Metrics are proven via ZK proof — your actual trade history and positions remain private.
Minimum managed capital
At least $250K in assets currently under management across the pod strategy. No hard upper limit — we work with pods from $250K to $50M+ AUM.
Regulatory good standing
No material regulatory violations, suspensions, or enforcement actions in the past 3 years. Compliance status is verified via ZK compliance proof — specific registration details stay private.

A ZK proof is generated that proves your account data came directly from the exchange's servers — without Capiom ever seeing your account credentials, balances, or positions.

AutomatedCapiom's ZK circuit computes your performance metrics (Sharpe ratio, max drawdown, Sortino ratio, volatility) from the verified exchange data and generates a cryptographic proof that these values are what we say they are. Investors can verify the proof independently. Your individual trades, position sizes, and counterparties are never revealed.
ZK compliance verification
1–2 daysWe verify your regulatory standing (RIA, CFTC, or equivalent) using ZK compliance proofs drawn from public regulatory databases. You prove you're in good standing without disclosing firm-level details, AUM thresholds, or client counts. This is the final gate before your listing goes live.

Your Capiom listing goes live with a "ZK Verified" badge. Institutional investors and family offices browsing the platform can see your verified metrics and request introductions. You only pay the listing fee when verified — no upfront costs during the application process.

Common questions
Do I need to share my trading history or API keys? +
No. zkTLS works at the HTTPS layer — you authorize a cryptographic session that proves data came from the exchange's servers without revealing your credentials, raw balances, or trading history. Capiom never receives your API keys or account access.
What if I trade across multiple exchanges? +
You can connect multiple exchanges. Your ZK proofs are generated per-exchange and aggregated into a composite performance proof. Investors see the consolidated verified metrics, not the per-exchange breakdown.
How long does the ZK verification take? +
The zkTLS connection step takes about 15 minutes. ZK performance proof generation is automated and takes a few hours. Compliance verification typically takes 1–2 business days. Total time from application to live listing is usually under 5 business days.
Can investors see which exchange I trade on? +
You control this. You can choose to display verified exchange names as a trust signal, or keep them private. Either way, your actual account data, balances, and positions are never visible.
What does the listing fee cover? +
The annual listing fee covers ZK verification infrastructure, your live listing on the platform, investor-facing profile hosting, analytics, and for Premier listings — dedicated matching and introductions. The fee is charged only after successful verification.
Are introductions guaranteed? +
We cannot guarantee capital allocation — no marketplace can. What we do guarantee is that verified pods are presented to our active network of institutional investors and family offices. Premier listings receive curated matching with allocators whose mandates align with your strategy.
